Hi! I'm Natalie - an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Darien, CT. As someone who has experience working full-time in the corporate world and as a mother of two, I know how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It feels like there is too little time in the day and way too much information on what "healthy" even means, not to mention what will work best for YOU. You may even know what you need to do but have trouble taking that first step or sticking to your healthy habits once you've started them. It can be overwhelming - I get it! But it doesn't have to be. I can help you cut through the noise and implement long-term change that benefits your overall health and happiness.

You may be wondering "What does a health coach do?". The answer is pretty simple. As a health coach I partner with clients to make nutrition and lifestyle changes to reach their health and wellness goals. I believe in REAL FOOD for REAL LIFE.
My Approach
One of the best things you can do for your health is to eat REAL, whole foods, ditch the processed foods and added sugar, and get cooking. My goal is to share how to do this everyday, in the midst of a million other commitments and distractions - hence make it doable in real life. I'm passionate about helping others discover how easy and satisfying real food can be and how to make it a sustainable part of their everyday life. Clients are amazed at how this one change positively impacts their physical and mental health and often serves as a stepping stone to implementing other healthy lifestyle habits.
Program Options
Each health coaching program varies based on each person’s goals and individual "why". Behind every goal: "I want to lose 10 lbs" or "I want to fit in my clothes again" lies a why: "I want to have more energy to play and be present with my kids" or "I want to be in better health so I can finally launch that new business.” Together, we'll discover your why and put a plan in place to change your daily habits, make lasting change and reach your goals.
