About The Simply Well Program
My Approach
Every health coaching program varies based on each person’s goals and individual "why". Behind every goal: "I want to lose 10 lbs" or "I want to fit in my clothes again" lies a why: "I want to have more energy to play and be present with my kids" or "I want to be in better health in order to launch that new business". Together, we'll discover your why and put a plan in place to modify your daily habits in order to make lasting change and reach your goals.
We of course focus on nutrition - how to eat in a way that is not only healthy and nutritious, but also delicious, satisfying (no bland food ever!) and sustainable. This is a lifestyle, not a diet. But equally important is the focus on the balance of "primary food", meaning the things that nourish you off of your plate. These are things like relationships, sleep, exercise, spirituality, stress management, career and more, that influence how you eat and the choices you make around food.
Program Options
The Six Month Program
Over the course of six months, we'll have bi-weekly 1 hour sessions (12 total). In addition, you'll receive:
Detailed follow-up notes and recommendations
A variety of handouts, recipes and other materials
Ongoing email support throughout the program
The Three Month Program
The three month program mirrors the six month option with bi-weekly 1 hour sessions (6 total).
For all programs, additional add-ons are available upon request:
Grocery store, online food shopping and/or farmer's market tours - Learn how to shop for healthy, nutritious, whole foods and which packaged foods are actually smart choices
Pantry clean out and makeover - I'll personally go through your pantry and show you what to ditch and why, and what essentials you need to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle
Basic cooking and meal prep sessions - Together we'll plan a few days worth of meals and will cook and meal prep together. Planning and preparation are key to making healthy choices throughout the week!
